n.b all claims must include date shot, venue and in the case of juniors age at time of shoot
(also a contact number, address or e-mail is needed in case of any queries)
All claims for scores done at county league matches must be claimed througth the respective clubs Records Officer
Could we please ask that all claims are made propmptly ( Within 6 Months of record )
