FOUR COUNTIES OUTDOOR SHOOT ON THE 7th JUNE 2009
The day started with very heavy rain and thunder this was followed by a couple of short showers. The weather then settled down to be a nice sunny day. As a county we only entered a recurve and longbow team .We had a good result in the longbow team coming second the recurve team came third.

FOUR COUNTIES PORTSMOUTH SHOOT 29 MARCH 2009
The Competition was closely fought between the teams. there was only 2 points between the first team and second place team. Well done to all the archers who took part. Top Scoring archer was Gary Ward from Middlesex with a score of 589,Top Lady was Wendie Stevens from Essex with a score of 576.The top five archers scores only counted
Essex won with a score of 2854 second was Middlesex with a score of 2852,Kent were third with 2747 with London following with 2697.

MIDDLESEX VS HERTFORDSHIRE 5th APRIL 2009
It was a close result for the Middlesex archers at the annual indoor match against Hertfordshire. The Hertfordshire compound team led from the start and Middlesex lost the match by 65 points.
The longbow team were losing after the first dozen by 59 points with Hertfordshire finishing 62 points ahead.
The recurve team started very well being in the lead by 28 points after the first dozen but Hertfordshire ended up winning the match by 11 points.
Well done to all the Middlesex team. Special thanks to those archers for whom this was their first inter -county competition and a big thank you to all the helpers.
