For new members joining on or after the 1st May  there is a once off concession. i.e. a new member joining on or after May 1st will pay at the rate decided at the AGM in the  month before, but will make no more payments until October 1st of the following year . e.g. pays  as a Club Member) on or after 1st May 2009, next payment due 1st October 2010.
